Business Process Automation

We map how work actually runs, then automate the handoffs — approvals, intake, notifications, reconciliations, and cross-system sync — on the same operating picture as the devices and the boards. Teams spend time on judgment, not chasing status across tools that do not talk.

On the bus — Fires when hardware says the event is real. Writes status back to the org OS. Hands exceptions to people; AI may draft, it does not close.

02 · Sense and act

Hardware development & integration

We are not a software-only shop. We develop hardware and integrate it: benches, controllers, sensors, custom boards, firmware, and the commissioning path that puts a physical thing on the system. If the floor can disagree with the dashboard, the work is not done.

On the bus — World-state lands on the org OS. Automation is not allowed to run on a dashboard the floor never produced.

03 · Hold the record

Organization OS

An org OS is the system of record for how your team works — dashboards, permissions, live boards, and the configured paths from intake to done. We design and stand up that backplane, then hang automation, AI, devices, and (when needed) a trust layer on it — not ship another app that ignores the rest of the loop.

On the bus — Hardware reports here. Automation, AI, and ledger attach here. Operators look at one picture, not five products.

04 · Advise the operator

AI Systems

AI is a surface of the loop, not a product category. It sits on the org OS: the same boards, queues, and telemetry operators already trust. It drafts, detects exceptions, routes, and summarizes. It does not invent a closed state when floor and record disagree.

On the bus — Reads live boards, device telemetry, and the automation queue. Drafts and scores for operators. A person still commits the record.

05 · Prove it outside

Trust & Ledger

When the process must be independently checkable — provenance, shared verification, digital credentials — we add a ledger surface to the same system. Explorers, faucets, seals, and ops scripts so operators can look it up. Blockchain as infrastructure on the bus, not a separate practice.
