Search the patient record or create a new chart. Demographics and insurance stay with the patient.

Verify coverage from the chart before the appointment. Training uses a synthetic check.

Schedule
Book against hours, locations, rooms, and holidays. Check-in rooms the patient and notifies the rendering provider.

Chart
Allergies, medications, problems, vitals, coverage, documents as lists. Chart updates do not create a billable visit.

Sign
Document on a published template. Save a draft, then sign. Co-sign, addendum, and print follow.

Super bill
Select signed encounters, review codes and date of service, and submit. Submission creates the visit.
